1. Generating a Zalo Username
Before creating a Zalo username, carefully think of a suitable name as it can only be created once and cannot be changed. After selecting an appropriate username, follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the Zalo app and tap on Add (1) => tap on Tap to view profile page (2) => tap on the ... (3).
Step 2: Tap on Information (1) => Edit information (2).
Step 3: Tap on Create username (1) => Continue (2).
Step 4: Set your username (1) => press Continue (2) => Create (3).
After completing the Username creation notification, press Finish to return to the main screen.
2. Log in to Zalo with your username
Instead of entering your phone number, input your username to log in. On the starting screen, tap Login (1) => tap on the [ABC] icon (2) to switch to text entry interface. Then, log in to Zalo with your account name as usual.
