Step 1: Prepare the Vegetable Section
Cut the green onions into long sections, split the root part of the onions in half. Slice 50 grams of ginger, julienne, and cut the remaining 20 grams of ginger into sections. Slice the onions thinly. Cut the carrots into pieces and thick slices.


Step 2: Steam the Cuttlefish
Place the assorted vegetables in a deep dish, add the cuttlefish, marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper on top. Add the green onions and coriander, place the cuttlefish dish in the steamer, and steam for 15 minutes until cooked.
