How to create meeting rooms, classrooms on Zavi
Step 1:
If not installed, download the latest version of Zavi from the link below.

Step 2: On the Home screen, click the Create meeting button.
Step 3: In the Create meeting window, enter the following information:
- Topic: Name of the classroom or meeting
- Password: Meeting login password
Additionally, users can choose from the following advanced options:
- Require login to join the meeting
- Turn off member microphones upon joining the meeting
- Turn off member cameras upon joining the meeting
After setting up, click the Create Meeting button.
When successfully creating a meeting on Zavi, the screen will display a notification as shown in the illustration below.
At this point, users can click the Invite attendees button or Copy meeting information to send invitations to join the classroom, meeting to other users.
