How to Create Mobile Phone Backgrounds and Avatars
Step 1: Visit the website of the photo editing tool for creating mobile phone backgrounds and avatars at the following link Here.
Step 2: On the Fotor website interface, click on the Edit a Photo tool on the screen.
Step 3: A dialog box will appear prompting you to upload the photo you want to edit. Click on the Plus Sign icon to add a photo.
Step 4: Left-click on the image you want to edit saved on your computer, then choose Open.
Step 5: Select the Basic editing function in the left column of the screen.
Click on the Crop option and set the aspect ratio and size of the image to be cropped. With Fotor, this tool offers various standard aspect ratios commonly used on Android and iOS phones.
Step 6: Click on the brightened area of the image to move and adjust the photo. Once satisfied, press the Apply button to save the settings.
Then, click on the Save button at the top right corner of the screen to export the file.
Step 7: In the new notification panel, you can name the file and choose the format and image quality. Finally, click Download to start downloading the image to your device.
