How to create a Windows 10 account without email

Method 1: Creating a Windows 10 account, adding a new Windows 10 user via User Account
Step 1: Access User Account on Windows 10 by navigating to Control Panel > UserAccount > Change Account type.
Navigate to Control Panel on Windows 10 > select User Account then directly click on Change Account type.
Alternatively, the quickest way to access settings, create a Windows 10 account, add a new Win 10 user is by pressing Start Menu > type User and click on the search result.
After that, you simply select the option Add a user without a Microsoft account
Step 5: Input the name of the Local account on your PC. Then enter the password, re-enter the password, and fill in the password hint in the three respective blank fields.

Note: If you don't have a Microsoft account, select I don’t have this person’s sign-in information, then choose Add a user without a Microsoft account. This allows you to create a user account without needing a Microsoft account. This is also known as a Local account (a user account on the machine).

Step 1: Open Computer Management by right-clicking on the Windows icon in the Start Menu > select Computer Management
Step 2: After successfully opening Computer Management, navigate to the following path:
System Tools >Local Users and Groups >then select Users
Step 3: Right-click on Users and choose New User
