3. How to Use Blackhead Removal Strips
- Cleanse your face thoroughly with face wash before applying this mixture
- Apply the mixture while it's still warm on your nose for easy spreading, let it dry for about 15 minutes then peel off
- After peeling, wash your face with warm water, and continue with your regular skincare routine
- Using a specialized facial cleansing brush daily significantly reduces blackheads compared to regular hand washing

Just one peel and you'll get rid of a whole bunch of blackheads!
Important notes for blackhead removal:
- Peel once a week, excessive peeling can enlarge pores
- Proper peeling technique: Gently peel from the outer sides towards the center, pulling downwards towards the tip of the nose for thorough blackhead removal
4. How to make activated bamboo charcoal at home
Ingredients
- 50 grams of rice, any variety works
- An old pan
- Blender (or mortar and pestle can be used)
Procedure

Creating activated charcoal for beauty purposes
Step 1: Wash the rice thoroughly to remove all dirt and dust, then let it dry
Step 2: Heat the pan, add rice when hot, and roast on medium heat until it turns into black charcoal
Step 3: Allow the charcoal to cool for a while, then grind it into a fine powder using a blender. If you don't have a blender, you can use a mortar and pestle, although grinding by hand may not achieve the same smooth consistency as using a blender
Step 4: Transfer the powder into a clean and dry glass jar for storage, making sure to seal the lid tightly. This powder can be stored for 2-3 months depending on the climate of your area
