1. Create a Tiki.vn Account on Your Phone
- Download Tiki.vn for Android
- Download Tiki.vn for iPhone
Step 1: On the Tiki.vn app interface, look at the bottom right corner, click 'Profile' (Image 1). Then, at the top of the interface, click 'Login/Sign Up' (Image 2).
Step 2: Now, the registration page appears with various options (Image 3):
- Click on Phone Number: Enter your phone number to register.
Step 3: Once you've entered, you'll be directed to the Account Creation interface. Here, you input your name and password into the respective fields (Image 5). Then, you click 'Create Account' at the bottom of the interface (Image 6).
At this point, the system notifies successful login and returns to the homepage. If you want to check, click on 'Profile' (Image 7). At the top, you will see your username (Image 8).
2. Creating a Tiki.vn Account on Computer
Step 1: Visit the homepage of Tiki.vn HERE. Then, click 'Login/Register' at the top right corner.
Step 2: Enter your registration phone number into the field (arrow 1) and click 'Continue' (arrow 2). If you don't want to register with your phone number, you can choose to register with Facebook, Gmail, Zalo by selecting the appropriate icon below.
For example, if you register with Facebook, you click on Facebook and follow the system's instructions.
Afterwards, you need to enter your name and password, and you're done registering your account.
II. Setting Up Account Information
Step 1: You can manage your account right on the homepage of Tiki.vn. Click on Account (arrow 1). Then, click 'My Account' (arrow 2).

- Account Information: manage account details, change Name, gender, date of birth.
- Order Management: Manage placed orders, exchanges, cancellations.
- Address Book: add shipping addresses
