There are many ways to help you create a bootable USB for installing Windows 7, both convenient and simple. The method that Mytour introduces below is the simplest way to create a Windows 7 bootable USB.
You need to prepare:
- 1 USB with a capacity of at least 4 GB
- 1 Windows 7 ISO installation file
- The tool Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tools.
Once you have everything prepared, follow these steps:
Step 1: Firstly, format the USB to NTFS format. Right-click on the USB, select Format, set the parameters as shown in the image below, then click Start.
After the format confirmation appears, click OK then select Close.
Step 2: Launch the WINDOWS 7 DVD/USB Download Tools program, then click on Browse.
Step 3: Select the path to the ISO file containing the Windows 8 operating system file, then click Open.
Then press Next.
Step 4: Here the program asks whether you want to create a boot for a DVD or USB. Choose USB Device.
