3. How to Create a Classroom on Zoom for Teachers
To create a classroom on Zoom, click on: New Meeting
Immediately, the webcam on your computer will display the surrounding scene of your Zoom usage. At this point, a notification will appear on the screen as follows:
- Join with computer audio: Join Zoom with computer audio
- Test speaker and microphone: Check speakers and microphone

To invite students to join the online classroom, go to the Participants section, click the upward arrow, and select 'invite'. Now, you can proceed in one of two ways:
Option 1: Invite students to join the class through 'contacts'.
- Copy URL: Copy the class URL and send it to the group containing the members of the class. With this copy method, students can click on the link and join the class directly without entering Meeting ID or Passcode through the 'join' feature on the Zoom software homepage.
- Copy Invitation: Copy the link (including Meeting ID, Passcode) and send it to the group of students to invite them to join the class. With this copy method, students can join the class through the class link or through the 'join' feature on the Zoom software homepage.
Option 2: Invite students to join the class via Email
In addition to the above methods, you can also invite students to join the class via email by selecting the desired email type, logging in with your email and password. After successfully logging into the Mail account, the new Mail composition window will display with all the necessary links, meeting ID, Passcode. Simply enter the email addresses of the students in the class, press send for them to access Zoom and join the class.

4. How to Join a Zoom Class for Students
With the class information sent by the teacher, students can join the class in one of the following two ways:
- Option 1: Join the class using the link.
+ Step 1: Click directly on the link. At this point, the screen will display the Zoom Meetings open dialog, press 'open Zoom meeting' to join the class
+ Step 2: On the Video Preview screen, select the type of video you want to use in the class (Join with video/join without Video)
+ Step 3: The screen displays the type of audio you want to use, press 'Join with computer audio' and start participating in the class
Option 2: Join the class from the 'join' feature on the Zoom homepage
+ Step 2: Enter the Meetings ID, press 'Join'
+ Step 3: Enter the class Passcode, press 'Join'
+ Step 4: Select 'join with video' and begin participating in the class
To check how many people are attending the class and easily manage student attendance on Zoom, navigate to the Participants function.
