Step 1: First, download PicsArt for Android to your device.

Additional effects add color to the forefront of the image: tap the plus sign and select Light.
And the beautiful light effects make it easy for you to choose and preview.
With bokeh effects, your photos will sparkle with vibrant light.
In addition to regular shooting mode with the camera, Picsart also supports portrait mode and timer shot.
Step 6: After capturing a photo with supported effects, users can still easily edit and add additional effects using tools such as: Tool, Effect, Mask, Draw, Text,...

In addition to effects in the Effect section, if you need to edit on the photo, you can go to Tool:
- Line 1: use cut, paste the image according to the frame, as desired
- Line 2: remove blemishes, freckles, acne..
- Line 3: Adjust color, contrast
- Line 4: Adjust image size and rotate image.
Step 7: Select the Shape Crop tool to crop the image to any desired frame.
Or add color effects from the Effect tool -> Screen
And add text by selecting 'Texture'
