I. Creating Birthday Greeting Cards with Zalo, Sending Cards on Zalo in Groups

Requirements:

- Zalo app installed on your phone:

Instructions

On your phone, open and log into Zalo, access the Zalo birthday notification group, then click on 'Tap to create a birthday card' (Figure 1). The Birthday Card interface appears, offering you various options.

- Select card to send: Choose a different card template besides the large card at the top (in arrow box 1) (Figure 2)
- Send birthday card: If you want to send the birthday card right away, click on 'Send birthday card' (arrow 2) (Figure 2).
- Change the greeting: Replace the greeting written on the birthday card. If you want to change the greeting, click on 'Change greeting' (Figure 3), then change the greeting in the box (note: The greeting must not exceed 120 characters). Next, click 'Complete' (Figure 4). After that, simply click on 'Send birthday card' to finish.

- Change photo: Replace the image on the card (typically, Zalo will use the avatar photo as the background for the card). Click on 'Change photo' (Figure 5) and then choose one of the three options 'Photo library', 'Take photo', 'Browse' to change the background image. Then follow Zalo's steps to change the photo. Once done, click on 'Send birthday card' (Figure 6).

When sending the card, Zalo will display a notification that you have sent a birthday card as shown below.

II. Creating Personalized Birthday Cards via Zalo

Although Zalo only applies the feature of creating birthday cards in group chats, not individually, with the method below, you can still easily create and send cards to individuals on Zalo.

Step 1: Copy the link https://ecard.event.zaloapp.com/birthday and send it to someone on Zalo.
Step 2: Click on the link message you just sent (Figure 1). Then, the Birthday Card interface will appear, click on the Find friends box and type the name of the person you want to send birthday wishes to (Figure 2).

Step 3: Click on the person you want to congratulate and then click 'Confirm' (Figure 3). At that time, Zalo will give you many options. You can send the card immediately by clicking 'Send birthday card' (Figure 4). If you want to edit the card, you can do the following:
- Click on 'Change photo': Change the photo of the person whose birthday it is on the card.
- Click on 'Change greeting': To change to a different greeting. You can refer to birthday wishes for yourself to write the most meaningful and heartfelt wishes for yourself on your special day.

- Click below on 'Select card to send' to choose a card template that you like.

Once you've made the changes, all you need to do is simply 'send the birthday card'.
