A standard report typically has margin alignment as follows:
- Adjusting margins helps ensure your printed and bound reports look neat and professional, avoiding any cramped or overlapped text. Following these specifications will enhance the appearance and standardize your reports.
Select the Layout tab, then click on Margins and choose Custom Margins.
A dialog box will appear; input the measurements for top, bottom, left, and right as shown in the image. Leave other parameters unchanged. Press OK to apply.

Top, bottom: 2cm. Left: 3cm. Right: 2cm.

Proceed to Step 2.
Once margins are set, click on the Design tab, then select Page Borders. You'll see the Borders and Shading dialog box:

- Width: Thickness of the border.
- Art: Allows you to create borders with decorative patterns.
