- Step 1: Open your Google Sheets file, select the range of cells to apply the Drop List to.

Step 1: Open the Google Sheets file you want to create Drop Lists => Select the range of cells you want to create Drop Lists.
Step 2: Click Data => Select Data Validation.
Step 3: Click Add rule.
Step 4: Here you will customize the data display rule.
- Range of cells (1) you previously highlighted.
- Select Dropdown Criteria (2) to manually enter content.
- Enter content to display in the Drop List (3), you can select Add another item (4) if you want to add new content.
Step 5: Click Advanced options to set rules and Display Type of the Drop List.
Step 6: Press Done to apply Rules.
Step 7: Now go back to the cell where the rule was applied, click the triangle icon and the Drop List will appear.
