Step 1: Open the Photoshop software, right-click on File. Select Scripts, then proceed to click on Load File Into Stack.

Step 7: In the Timeline panel, click on the Repeat option located in the top left corner of the screen and set it to Forever.
Step 8: So you have successfully created dynamic images in Photoshop CC 2020. In the final step, export the animated image as a GIF. Press the Ctrl + Shift + Alt + S shortcut. In the Present section, set the format to GIF 128. Click Save to choose the folder to save the file.
