1. How to Download and Install Articulate Studio
- First, download Articulate Studio from here.
Step 1: After completing the download of Articulate Studio, double-click the software to install, and simply click Next.
Step 2: You'll agree to the terms and then click Next to proceed with the Articulate Studio installation process.
Step 3: In the next step, you'll be prompted to choose where to install Articulate Studio. If you want to change, click Browse and select the installation location, otherwise click Next.
Note: Articulate Studio is a software suite, and the software we need is Articulate Quizmaker only, so please choose before installing.
Next, hit Install, this is almost the final stage.
Step 4: When notified of the successful installation of Articulate Studio, click Finish to complete the installation process and start using Articulate Studio.
2. How to Use Articulate Studio
Step 1: To use Articulate Studio, or more specifically Articulate Quizmaker, open this Articulate Quizmaker software and then select Create a new quiz.
Step 2: Next, the interface of Articulate Quizmaker appears, you can click on Graded Question or Survey Question to create questions for the test.
Step 3: Here we choose to Create Survey Question in the first layer with the option of Pick One - only allowed to select one answer.
Step 4: Immediately, the Form View interface appears, there are 3 parts you need to pay attention to here.
- Enter the Question: Enter the title for the question you want to ask.
- Enter The choice: Input the answers for the question.
- Set Feedback and branching: Provide feedback on your results after answering.

After editing, click on Preview to review the results.
Step 6: In the Test section, all parameters you enter will be accurately displayed according to the software's template.
Additionally, before saving a layer, ensure to check and adjust the font to avoid font errors during display.
Step 7: Adding another example, now let's try creating another layer in the form of true and false by clicking Graded Question > selecting True / False.
Step 8: Similar to above, follow step 4 as instructed above, however, in the True / False section, you will have the option to + points when answering correctly or incorrectly.
Step 9: When switching to Slide View, you can edit the answers in more detail. These edits are quite similar to those in PowerPoint.
Step 10: When testing, you also see that the results are similar to what you have entered. Of course, Articulate Studio does not fully support Vietnamese, which is quite regrettable.
Step 11: After creating 2 trial layers, return to the main interface and run a Preview to test.
Don't forget about Pass Result and Fail Result, check them before testing.
Step 12: Pass Result means what you'll receive if you pass the test.
On the other hand, Fail Result means what you'll be notified of if you fail.
Step 13: Here you'll see the 2 layers just created linked to each other in order 1 and 2.
Step 14: However, to truly transition questions like E-Learning tests, when creating a Layer in the Set Feedback and branching section, you must click More.
Then, navigate from one question to another in the Branching section, in simple terms, this feature helps you finish the test or move to question 2 after answering question 1.
Step 15: Of course, testing is quite simple, you can easily see how to use Articulate Studio easily and achieve high results.
Step 16: When you click Save, you're also given many options, among which the first option is Articulate Presenter helps you transfer the file you just created to any PowerPoint slide.
