Guidance on Creating HTML Signature for ThunderBird Email
First, you need to download and install Mozilla Thunderbird on your computer to utilize the features of the utility.
Step 1: Log in to your ThunderBird email as usual and click on Write a new to compose a new email.
Step 2: Signatures are typically placed at the end of the email and can include various types such as text, images, or links. For a more professional touch, insert a logo or image by navigating to Insert -->Image.
- Note: To ensure smooth email delivery, choose images or logos with lightweight file sizes when uploading from your computer or use direct image links from a reliable website.
Step 3: Click on Choose File to select an image from your computer or input a URL linking to the image. Then, enter the display name in the two fields below and click Ok.
Step 4: To insert a hyperlink leading to your website, go to Insert -->Link.
Step 5: Enter the display name into Link Text and the URL linking to your website into Link Location. Then, click Ok to finalize.
Step 6: After completing all steps, select all content within the email to generate HTML code for the entire email by navigating to the Edit menu -->Select All.
