In the example below, create an Excel sheet containing 4 different spreadsheets. The main spreadsheet is named Index, and this is the spreadsheet that needs to create a hyperlink linking to other spreadsheets, including Finance, Account, and HR.
Here's how to create a hyperlink in the Index spreadsheet to link to another spreadsheet:
Step 1: Select the cell containing the data you want to link to another spreadsheet.
Step 2: Right-click on that cell and choose the Hyperlink… . option.
Step 3: In the Insert Hyperlink window, navigate to Place in This Document. In the Cell Reference section, select the spreadsheet name you want to link to, then click OK.
