Step 2: Making the jelly
Mix agar powder with 1 liter of water, add 300g of sugar and 300ml of young coconut water. Let it sit for about 20 minutes until the agar powder is completely dissolved to prevent clumping.

Heat the jelly mixture
Heat this mixture over high heat. Once boiling, add the dissolved coconut milk and continue to boil for another 5 minutes.
While heating, if bubbles appear, use a spoon to skim off the foam and the thin layer on top to ensure clarity. Remove the pot from the heat and let the boiled mixture cool down.
Step 3: Decorating the fruit jelly
You layer a coconut strip at the bottom of the jelly mold, then pour a layer of the cooked agar mixture from the previous step onto the mold. After 5-7 minutes, the agar should begin to solidify. You can gently touch the jelly to check if it's set without sticking.
Next, you arrange mangoes, oranges, strawberries, etc., on top and pour agar mixture over each layer. Allow the bottom layer to set before pouring the next layer. Once poured, place the prepared mold in the refrigerator for about 4 hours until the fruit jelly is firm and ready to be enjoyed with its sweet fruity flavor.
