1. Installing mHotspot
Step 1: After downloading, install the software and avoid clicking Next repeatedly as mHotspot automatically installs additional software on your computer. Initially, mHotspot will prompt you to install Adaware Web Companion. Uncheck the box and click Next.
Step 2: Next, the software will ask you to install Adaware Antivirus Pro. If you prefer not to install it on your computer, uncheck the box and select Unlock…, then click Next.
Step 3: Finally, the software will suggest installing Avira Free Antivirus. To skip this option, click Decline to proceed.
Step 4: At this stage, you can confidently click Install to set up mHotspot on your computer.
2. Using mHotspot to Broadcast Wifi on Your Laptop
Step 1: After installation, open the mHotspot software and configure the settings for the Wifi network you want to share.
Hotspot Name: Set the name for the wifi network
Password: Set the network password
Internet Source: Configure the internet source for sharing, it can be shared from Wifi connection (Wireless Network Connection) or wired network (Local Area Connection).
After setting up, click on Start Hotspot to begin wifi broadcasting.
Step 2: Open your phone and connect to the wifi you just created to see if it's working.
