
- Small potatoes: 1 tuber

Step 1: How to make potato spring rolls:

- Peel and cut potatoes into quarters, boil until tender, then mash with a spoon.
- Marinate ground pork with pepper and spices for about 10 minutes.
- Chop onions and carrots finely without crushing them.
Step 2:

Afterward, sauté onions with meat and carrots. Be sure to use high heat to prevent the onions from becoming watery. Season with spices once more for the perfect taste!
Step 3:

- Once all the ingredients in the spring rolls are cooked, the outer layer of the rice paper cooks quite quickly. So, when the outer layer is golden brown, remove them immediately and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
