Alongside cheese sticks, fried fresh milk is an innovative snack greatly adored by many young enthusiasts. The crispy outer layer conceals a moist, aromatic filling, creating an easily prepared treat that will enchant your entire family!
Ingredients for making fried fresh milk:
- 250g fresh milk
- 100g all-purpose flour
- 30g cornmeal
- 35g sugar
- 2 – 3 teaspoons condensed milk
- 5g baking powder
- Oil-absorbing paper
- Mold

How to make fried fresh milk:
Step 1:
Prepare a large bowl, mix fresh milk, cornmeal, sugar, condensed milk, and baking powder together. Use a spoon to blend until the mixture is smooth and even.
Step 2:
Heat a pan, pour the milk mixture into the pan, simmer on low heat, and stir consistently until the mixture thickens.
Step 3:
Place oil-absorbing paper in the mold (a plastic box can be used as a substitute), wait for the milk mixture to cool slightly, then pour it in. Refrigerate for 15 minutes. After refrigeration, the milk in the mold will solidify (similar to cheese). Use a knife to loosen the edges around the container, then flip it upside down to easily remove the milk mixture.

Step 4:
Use a sharp knife to cut it into bite-sized strips. Meanwhile, mix flour with water to create a slightly thick mixture. Heat a pan with oil, dip the cut milk pieces into the batter, and deep-fry until the outer layer becomes golden and crispy.
Step 5:
Finally, take the fried fresh milk out, place it on oil-absorbing paper, and arrange it on a plate.

Enjoy your delicious treat!
