How to Prepare Crispy Vegetarian Spare Ribs:
- Soak the vegetarian spare ribs in cold water until they become tender. Then, drain and pat them dry.
- Tear the spare ribs into small strips. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian broth powder, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Mix well with chopsticks and marinate for about 15 minutes.
