According to a report by Dutch travel website Travelbird.nl on July 30, Cửa Đại Beach in Quang Nam province, Central Vietnam, is deemed the 'most affordable in the world.'
As per the website, Cửa Đại is in close proximity to the ancient town of Hoi An in Quang Nam province, a highly sought-after destination for international tourists.
A relaxing day at this beach costs an average of just 13.54 USD. This modest amount covers sunscreen available at nearby stores (2.01 USD), a bottle of water (5 cents), beer (2.09 USD), ice cream (90 cents), and a lunch meal with a beverage (8.04 USD) per person.
Apart from Cửa Đại, Vietnam's three other beaches also made it into the top 250 list of attractive travel destinations in terms of affordability on the aforementioned website.
As per the website, the world's most expensive beach is La Plage de Maui in Tahiti. Here, tourist products as mentioned above will cost travelers an average of 60.13 USD, which is about 5 times more expensive than Cửa Đại Beach.
