Currently, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has developed a set of cultural etiquette guidelines for teachers and students in schools, which are being implemented in all educational institutions from preschool to high school. The aim is to regulate the behavior of teachers and students appropriately and to create a conducive educational environment.
In April 2019, the MOET decided to issue the Code of Conduct in schools according to Circular 06/2019/TT-BGDĐT to ensure that teachers, students, staff, and school administrators, as well as parents, behave appropriately, and promptly prevent and handle negative behaviors in educational institutions.
