Many moms have been asking for the secret recipe for making dipping sauce. Honestly, I just mix it according to taste, nothing too secretive, but I'm happy to share it here for reference.

It's snail season, moms! But peeling them is the worst part!

Ingredients for Making Snail Dipping Sauce:
-Filtered water: 2 bowls
-Fish sauce: 3 tablespoons
-Sugar: 2 tablespoons
-Magic seasoning: 1/2 teaspoon
-Garlic: 2 bulbs
-Ginger: a hint of warmth
-Lemongrass: 3 stalks
-Kumquat: 5 fruits (squeeze 2 into the dipping sauce, slice the rest for garnish, hehe)
-Chili: 2 fruits
-A few slices of lime leaves
Instructions for Making Snail Dipping Sauce:
-Mix filtered water, fish sauce, sugar, and magic seasoning in a bowl, then stir well, and squeeze in 2 kumquats.
-Finely chop ginger, garlic, and chili, slice lemongrass, then add to the dipping sauce bowl. For households with kids, scoop out a small portion without chili. Adjust the seasoning to taste (I make it a bit mild to savor every bite!).

This is how I make the dipping sauce as shown in the image. Adjust according to the desired amount of dipping sauce.
