Search for an image. Whether it's from a search engine, an email, or your camera's photo collection, find one that speaks to you.
Save the image by right-clicking and selecting 'Save As'.
Locate your saved photo, right-click it, and choose 'Set as Desktop Background'.
For Mac Users (Compatible with MAC OS 8.0 and above)
Search for an image; you can find one via a search engine, email, or capture it with your camera.
Download the image to your hard drive. You can achieve this by dragging it to your desktop in many cases.
Access preferences on your Mac and navigate to 'Desktop & Screen Saver'.
Click the + icon located in the bottom left corner. Choose the desired image from your hard drive.
