Approximately 90 km from Lạng Sơn city, Đăng Mò Waterfall is located at kilometer 11 on National Highway 279 from Bình Gia district, Lạng Sơn province to Na Rì district, Bắc Kạn province, bordering three highland communes in Bình Gia district: Mông Ân, Thiện Thuật, and Hoàng Văn Thụ.

This majestic waterfall amidst pristine mountains and forests is still relatively unknown and undeveloped for tourism. Đăng Mò remains an intriguing destination for travel enthusiasts.
Đăng Mò Waterfall, also known as Mũi Bò Waterfall, according to local Tày people, features two streams flowing in the same direction at the upper source before merging into this waterfall. Estimated to be about a hundred meters high, cascading over three rock tiers. Here, you can immerse yourself in the cool, clear water accompanied by the sounds of chirping birds, the roar of the waterfall, and the vast, majestic mountainous scenery.

Along the edge of the waterfall, moss-covered rocks of various sizes stack upon each other, like a lush green carpet laid out for the towering forest trees. This scenery here suddenly brings to mind the verses of Nguyen Trai: '...We hear as if the sound of a lute by our ears... We sit on the rocks as if on a soft cushion...'.
On the bank, the ancient tree roots stretch their branches casting shadows amidst the waterfall, amidst the lush green cluster of trees growing as if to embellish this scenery making it even more mysterious and prominent against the backdrop of the gushing white waters.
What's special about this cool water here is that it is a combination of underground streams within the rugged limestone mountains of the Bac Son mountain range. The treacherous limestone terrain, the arch making the surroundings of Dang Mo waterfall still pristine, with only a few makeshift houses built by the locals, serving as parking spots. The indigenous people have set up stalls selling some local products. If you intend to visit Dang Mo, you need to prepare food, drinks, and necessary supplies beforehand.
Dang Mo waterfall flows all year round, but during the rainy season, the water flow increases and becomes more majestic. If not during heavy rain or floods, the waterfall is very gentle, with a moderate slope and depth. The 'natural swimming pools' are crystal clear, ideal for immersing yourself in the cool water, and enjoying the pristine, mineral-rich, untouched nature.
With its romantic beauty and unique advantages, Dang Mo waterfall has become an attractive outdoor destination, not only for the local residents but also for tourists, especially during the hot summer days or weekends.
