In version 13.22, a player on the LMHT subreddit discovered a unique 'trick' to counter Neeko in her Shape-Shifting state. Specifically, using Ignite on Neeko disguised as a minion will instantly finish her. The reason is that Ignite always deals an additional 100% base damage to non-champion units. Therefore, using Ignite on minions will make them perish instantly. While theoretically correct, instantly finishing a champion like Neeko with Ignite can lead to severe imbalance.As of now, Riot has not provided any information about a loophole in Neeko's Shape-Shifting ability. Hopefully, in the future, Riot will have optimal solutions for Neeko, as her popularity is likely to remain high in the professional arena for a long time.
