Super Slow Motion 960fps enables capturing Slow Motion videos at a speed of 960 frames per second, first introduced on the Sony Xperia XZ Premium smartphone.

To achieve 960 frames per second video recording, the device requires a new-generation stacked sensor and an independent image processor instead of relying on the default chip processing.
While recording in Super Slow Motion 960fps, video quality decreases to HD 720p. Additionally, the Xperia XZ Premium supports 4K 60fps video recording, a first on smartphones.

Note that you can only record 2 seconds of Super Slow Motion 960fps each time you press the button, but this is sufficient to meet the basic needs of users.
