Removing Blank Pages from Text Documents
If your document contains blank pages interspersed within the text, you may wish to avoid the conventional deletion method as it could disrupt the formatting of subsequent pages. Follow these steps to ensure that subsequent pages remain unaffected:

After selecting all the invisible characters marked by the pilcrow symbol:

To address this, simply select all the blank pages within the data file using the pilcrow symbol -> press Delete to remove all the blank pages:

Once the blank pages have been deleted, click on the Show/Hide icon to hide the characters that Word typically conceals.
3. Deleting Blank Pages at the End of the Document
For blank pages located at the end of the document, you can quickly remove them without needing to use the pilcrow symbol to mark the blank pages. Simply position the mouse cursor at the beginning of the last blank page in the document:

To remove the remaining blank page, simply hold down the Delete key on your keyboard, and voila! The pesky blank page at the end of your document disappears.
Above is the method to delete any page within your document, whether it's blank or filled with content. I hope this tip proves useful to you. Wishing you all success!
