Ingredients:
– 1/2kg fresh shrimp
– 1 clove of minced garlic
– Scallions
– Spices: cooking oil, seasoning powder, salt, sugar, chili, fish sauce

– Rinse the shrimp thoroughly and drain off excess water.
– Place in a bowl, marinate the shrimp with seasoning powder, a bit of cooking oil, mix well, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the flavors.

Step 1: Sautéing the Shrimp
– Heat a pan with a bit of cooking oil, then sauté the garlic until fragrant.
– Continue to sauté the shrimp, turn the heat to high, sauté for 5 minutes until the shrimp is cooked, then turn off the heat to cool and peel off the shrimp shells.
