Delicious and Irresistible Recipe for Fragrant Tamarind Braised Tuna

Ingredients:
– 300g tuna
– 1/2 small fragrant tamarind
– 2 ripe tomatoes
– Shallots, chili, and spices.
Instructions:
– Clean the tuna, rinse it briefly with a splash of white wine to eliminate the fishy smell, then drain. Fry the fish until golden on both sides. Marinate the fried fish with 1 tablespoon fish sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1 teaspoon MSG or chicken stock powder, a pinch of salt, 2 teaspoons soy sauce, finely chopped garlic, shallots, and chili. Mix well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
– Peel and slice the fragrant tamarind.
– Cut the tomatoes into chunks.
