Next, put the ribs in the refrigerator for another 2 hours before grilling. You can grill over charcoal or use an oven, remember to brush with honey when the ribs are evenly golden! Spicy fish sauce glazed ribs

Blanch the ribs once in water, rinse thoroughly, drain. Then marinate the ribs with seasoning powder, soy sauce for about 30 minutes, during marination, you can put them in the refrigerator to enhance the flavor. Then fry the ribs until slightly browned. During frying, prepare the spicy fish sauce mixture consisting of fish sauce + garlic + chili + sate sauce + sugar, stir well to combine, then pour into the frying pan with the ribs, simmer over low heat and cover for about 7 minutes to finish.
Braised potato ribs

Cut the ribs into pieces, blanch once in water, then rinse thoroughly, drain. Marinate with seasoning, seasoning powder, salt, soy sauce for about 30 minutes. Peel and cut potatoes, carrots into bite-sized pieces. Put the ribs in a pressure cooker, turn evenly to sear the surface, add food coloring to make the ribs look nice, pour enough water to cover the ribs, add a little fish sauce, simmer the ribs over low heat for about 15 minutes. Then, add carrots, potatoes to the pot, stir evenly with the ribs, add a little water, continue to simmer until soft. Serve the ribs in a bowl, add coriander to finish.
Steamed ribs with water method

Blanch the ribs once in water, then drain. Heat a pan, pour in oil, wait until hot, then add the canned soybean paste, stir until the sauce turns red, then turn off the heat. Now, mix the spices together including fish sauce + salt + sesame oil + pepper + sugar + pickled sourness + sliced ginger + scallion flower cuts + soybean paste sauce. Mix well and put the ribs in the refrigerator to marinate with the spices for about 1 hour. After the ribs have absorbed the flavors, add cooking oil and finally, cornstarch. Slice the potatoes, layer them on the bottom of a steamer pot, then place the ribs on top, steam until cooked, add some finely chopped scallions for garnish!
Ribs cooked with pickled vegetables

Clean the ribs, cut into pieces, blanch once in water, then drain. Put the ribs in a bowl, marinate with seasoning powder, salt to absorb the flavors for about 30 minutes. Put the ribs in a pan to sear slightly, then transfer to a separate bowl. Stir-fry the pickled vegetables with a little cooking oil until slightly wilted, then add the ribs, pour enough water to cover the surface of the pickled vegetables, then simmer over low heat. When the ribs are tender, add the desired amount of water, drop in a few slices of chili if you like it spicy, bring to a boil and then turn off the heat.
