1. Banh Canh (Soup Cake). Location: Xuan An Soup Cake, 15 Nha Chung Street, near Dalat Post Office, Tel: 0633 827690. The shop serves only in the afternoon, offering Bun Bo (Beef Noodle Soup) and Mi Quang (Quang-style Noodles) in the morning, priced at 25,000 - 30,000 VND per bowl.
2. Banh Beo (Water Fern Cake). Location: Authentic Banh Beo at 228 Phan Dinh Phung Street, close to Hong Hung Gas Station, open daily from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, priced at around 20,000 VND for a portion of 4 cakes.
3. Ấp Ánh Sáng's Bun Bo (Anh Sang's Beef Noodle Soup): Located in a corner adjacent to Xuan Huong Lake, this place offers a different style of Hue-style Beef Noodle Soup. The broth is mildly flavored, the beef slices are tender, the herbs finely chopped, and the blood jelly small and firm. Despite lacking the characteristic green chilies found in Hue, the dish here almost perfectly preserves the traditional flavors of this cuisine. Prices range from 20,000 - 30,000 VND per bowl.

4. Ba Hung's Grilled Spring Rolls. Location: 254 Phan Dinh Phung, Dalat, serving only in the evening, specializing in grilled spring rolls priced at 35,000 VND per portion. Alternatively, visit Ba Nghia's Grilled Spring Rolls at 4 Bui Thi Xuan, open all day.
5. Tài Ky Restaurant. Address: 1/A2 Bui Thi Xuan, Dalat, approximately 900 meters uphill from Xuan Huong Lake. Renowned for braised dishes such as chicken, pigeon, beef tendon, pork tendon, pig's brain, and ginseng braised with Chinese herbs. Prices range from 35,000 - 50,000 VND per dish.
6. Cu Duc Eatery: 6A Nguyen Luong Bang – Ward 2 – Dalat City. This eatery is famous for its Central Highlands specialties, perfect for casual dining or hearty meals. The menu offers dozens of dishes including wild game, chicken, and grilled specialties, priced from 59,000 - 119,000 VND, available from evening till late night.
7. Chợ Lầu Food Market (Big Market) on Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street offers a variety of food and drinks on the second floor behind the market, only open during the day, delicious and affordable.
8. Lien Hoa Bakery Supermarket – 3/2 Street, Ward 1, Dalat City – Famous for its beautiful and delicious small cakes, priced from 5,000 - 20,000 VND. Here you can find unique and tasty pork sandwich, beef stew with noodles, wonton noodles, available from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.

9. Chicken Heart Steamed Rice Rolls at Truong Cong Dinh connected to Tang Bac Ho (on the right side of Hoa Binh area, near Dalat Market). This place is renowned for its delicious and unique fish sauce, available only from 2:00 PM to around 7 or 8:00 PM until sold out.
10. Grilled Rice Paper – 112 Nguyen Van Troi, 7,000 VND/piece, if with beef jerky then 8,000 VND/piece. The stall is on the left hand side, in front of house number 61, available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
11. Strawberry Ice Cream – 242D Phan Dinh Phung, Dalat. The unique ice cream here is the Strawberry Ice Cream made from freshly picked strawberries, fresh milk, eggs, and some other ingredients., priced at 8,000 VND per cup.
12. Food stalls at the central market area of Dalat City, also known as Hoa Binh district. The street primarily operates from evening until late night; the variety of dishes here is quite extensive, from pancake rolls, rice paper with quail eggs, crab soup to Hue beef noodle soup, Quang-style noodles, pork rib noodles, broken rice.. The prices of these dishes are not too high, ranging from 6,000 VND per bowl of soup, to 20,000 VND per bowl of noodles, or plate of noodles.
13. Pancake Rolls. Travelers can find this dish in every corner of Dalat but the most delicious and famous ones are found on Tang Bat Ho street. A pair of pancakes costs between 3,000 – 5,000 VND depending on the filling. The best time to enjoy this dish is either in the morning or evening.

14. Mixed Papaya Salad on the shores of Xuan Huong Lake (similar to dried beef salad in Hanoi and dried beef salad in Ho Chi Minh City), priced at only 10,000 – 15,000 VND per serving.
