Delicious dinner with easy-to-make bell pepper squid
Ingredients:
– Squid
– Bell peppers
– Onions
– Celery, spring onions
– Seasonings: salt, pepper, sugar, garlic, broth powder, chili, fish sauce

How to make bell pepper squid stir-fry:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients
– Clean the squid with diluted salt water, then cut it into bite-sized pieces.
– Wash bell peppers, cut into small chunks.
– Wash onions, peel, and cut into small chunks.
– Cut celery into chunks.
– Peel garlic, finely chop.

Step 2: Marinate squid
Marinate the squid with ground pepper, fish sauce, finely chopped chili, then use a fork to mix all these ingredients together. Marinate for about 10 – 15 minutes for the squid to absorb the seasoning evenly.

Step 3: Stir-fry squid
Add cooking oil and garlic to the pan, place it on the stove and sauté until the garlic turns golden and fragrant. Add the squid, season with 1 teaspoon of ground pepper, a bit of sugar to create a caramelized texture, stir-fry until the squid firms up, then season to taste. Then add bell peppers and onions, stir-fry over high heat. When the bell peppers and onions are cooked to your liking, add spring onions and celery, stir-fry for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.

After stir-frying, the squid, bell peppers, and onions are sweet and crispy, creating a perfect combination. Bell pepper squid stir-fry should be served hot, accompanied by white rice and soy sauce for enhanced flavor.
