10-minute recipe for unique Korean-style fried tofu with egg
Cut the tofu into small bite-sized pieces, marinate with a pinch of salt.

Mix Korean sauce for the fried tofu and egg dish
Mix 30g chili powder, onions, sesame seeds, 30ml soy sauce, 30ml tomato paste, pepper, sugar together in a large bowl, then add about half a bowl of water, mix well to make the sauce.
Pat dry each piece of tofu thoroughly then fry in hot oil until golden brown. Typically, you should fry each side of the tofu for about 2 - 3 minutes until evenly golden.

Pat dry each piece of tofu, lightly fry
Once the tofu is evenly golden on both sides, pour the sauce evenly over the tofu. When the sauce starts to simmer, cover the skillet tightly, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. Then uncover and you can adjust the seasoning with salt, sugar, etc., to taste.

Crack the chicken eggs into the skillet and remember to cover with a lid while frying!
Crack in an additional 3 - 4 chicken eggs into the skillet, cover with a lid and continue cooking until the eggs are almost cooked. Remember to sprinkle some finely chopped green onions on top for extra aroma and flavor.
This dish tastes absolutely delicious when served hot with rice. The first time I tried making it, my whole family devoured it without leaving a single bite!
