- Sugar: 65g;
- All-purpose flour: 125g;
- Matcha powder: 10g;
- Fresh milk: 250g;
- Whipping cream: 50g;
- Caster sugar: 10 (if caster sugar is not available, grind regular sugar finely in a blender).

Step 1: Sift together all-purpose flour and matcha powder into a large bowl. Add sugar and eggs, then mix well.
Step 2: Add milk and stir until combined. Melt butter in a hot pan over low heat until completely melted. Pour melted butter into the flour mixture and mix well.
Step 3: Brush a thin layer of butter or cooking oil onto a non-stick pan and adjust to medium heat. Once the pan is hot, pour the batter to coat the entire surface of the pan. Flip the crepe to cook evenly on both sides. Repeat until all the batter is used.

- Chicken eggs: 2;
- Milk: 200ml;
- Fresh cream: 50ml;
- Sugar: 100g;
- Matcha powder: 10g;
Steps to Make No-Bake Recipe 2
Step 1: Place a pot on low heat, wait for it to warm up, then add sugar and cook until the sugar turns golden brown. Remove from heat and pour the caramel into the bottom of the mold, being careful not to let it burn.
Step 2: Place another pot on the stove and add fresh milk and cream, bring to a boil while stirring to blend the mixture. Crack the eggs into a bowl, separate the egg whites to prevent the cake from becoming bitter. Then beat the egg yolks until smooth and add them to the pot of milk. Continue to beat for about 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are well combined and the mixture is smooth.
Step 3: Continue to add matcha powder and stir well until the mixture has the characteristic green color of matcha. Pour the mixture over the prepared caramel-coated mold.

Instructions for Making Matcha Flan
If you have an oven, preheat it to 160°C and bake the cake for about 30 minutes, then turn off the oven and let the cake cool before storing it in the refrigerator. If you don't have an oven, steam the cake for about 30 to 40 minutes, occasionally opening the steamer lid to wipe away any condensation inside.
