Execution Method:
- Clean the chicken bones thoroughly, chop them into small pieces. Boil water in a pot, add chicken with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder. Remember to skim off the foam while cooking.
- Remove the heads and tails of the shrimp, peel off the shells and remove the black vein, then wash and drain. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash and quarter the tomatoes. Rinse and drain the shiitake mushrooms, cilantro, and lime leaves.
- Heat a pan with a little oil, then sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pale pink, then remove from the pan. Add a little more oil to the pan, then add the tomatoes and sauté until slightly soft but still whole.
