Step 3: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then add tomatoes and pork ribs, stir-frying until the tomatoes are soft and the ribs are firm again. Step 1: Grind the shoulder pork finely. Wash and chop the shiitake mushrooms and wood ear mushrooms. Mix the pork leg with the shoulder pork, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, and season with a bit of soup powder and black pepper.
Step 2: Shape the mixture into small balls and put them into boiling water for about 7 - 8 minutes, then remove the meatballs and set aside. Peel, wash, and slice the winter melon, carrot, and potato into bite-sized pieces, then drain them.
Step 3: Bring the pot of water used to boil the meatballs back to a boil, then add the winter melon, carrot, and potato. Once the water boils again, reduce the heat and simmer until the carrot and potato are soft, then add the meatballs back in.
Turn off the heat, season to taste with fish sauce, salt, and MSG. Finally, add spring onions, and it's ready to serve.

- Carrot: 1 piece;

Step 1: After purchasing corn, remove the husks and silk, making sure to clean them thoroughly. Cut the corn into small pieces, each ear of corn can be cut into 4 sections. Peel the carrot and cut it into thick slices about 1.5cm thick.
Step 2: Peel the winter melon, wash off any residue, and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Boil a pot of water, then add the corn and boil for about 15 minutes. Once the corn is cooked, add the carrot and winter melon to the pot and boil for another 3 minutes.
Step 3: Wash the mushrooms and add them to the pot. Turn up the heat to high until the soup boils vigorously, about 2 minutes, then turn off the heat (add the mushrooms last because they cook quickly). Finally, season to taste and add the spring onions and coriander to the soup for aroma and flavor.
