1. Prepare the Ingredients
400g fresh prawns
1 chili
1 dry shallot
½ dry garlic
5g turmeric
Seasonings: bouillon powder, fish sauce, salt, cooking oil, chili sauce, etc.

2. Steps to Make
First, heat a pan with cooking oil, add chopped shallots, garlic, chili, and turmeric, stir-fry until fragrant. Then, add a little water, bouillon powder, salt, fish sauce, sugar, chili sauce to the pan, cook until the mixture dissolves.
After washing the shrimp, trim the whiskers and place them in a bowl. Then, pour the cooked mixture over the shrimp, use chopsticks to evenly coat the shrimp with the mixture, marinate for about 15 minutes.
Thread the shrimp onto skewers and place them in an air fryer, grill at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, open the air fryer, brush the cooked mixture over the shrimp again. Continue grilling at 180 degrees for 3 minutes.
Finally, place the shrimp on a plate, you can add some sliced vegetables for decoration.
3. Finished Product
