INGREDIENTS FOR SPICY GARLIC SHRIMP
500 grams Fresh Shrimp
200 grams of jicama
1 bowl of Dutch beans
1 red bell pepper
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon chili sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
6 small cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon olive oil

HOW TO MAKE GARLIC CHILI SHRIMP
Step 1. Prepare the shrimp
Peel the shrimp, remove the head, legs, and the dark vein on the back. Make a shallow cut along the back to allow the shrimp to curl nicely when cooked. Rinse the shrimp with salted water and drain.
Step 2. Prepare other ingredients
Clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds and stem, and slice it thinly.
Clean the asparagus, cut it into sections.
Clean the Dutch beans and set aside.
Peel and crush the garlic, then finely chop it.
Pick and clean the cilantro, then chop it.

Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes.

Pour the sauce into the pan. Simmer and stir over low heat for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.


Step 5. Presentation
Serve over a bed of rice, garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds if desired.
