Among all flowers, while they all emit a delicate fragrance, lilies stand out with their uniquely distinctive aroma, making them my favorite flower.
Oh, the lily flower is truly breathtaking! It exudes a gentle beauty with a hint of pride. Lilies can be grown in gardens, pots, or arranged in vases, and regardless of where they are, lilies are always magnificent. The stalks of lilies are thick, pale green, and sturdy. Along the stem, leaves grow thickly in layered tiers. Lily leaves are oval-shaped, tapering at the tip with graceful veins running through them. The most beautiful aspect is the lily flowers, whether in bud, blooming, or fully blossomed; they are all incredibly enticing. Lilies come in various colors: pink, yellow, red, sometimes with a hint of white... but my favorite is the pink lily. The soft, pliant petals gently curve backward. Running through the center of the petals is a vein with black dots on the inside. A single plant bears numerous flowers and buds. As one flower fades, another bud blooms, prolonging the lily's display. Especially during Tet (Lunar New Year), many people favor lilies not only for their beauty but also for their fragrance, as their scent fills the air even from a distance.
Lilies always stand out in a crowd and are easily noticeable. They exude confidence in their beauty. I absolutely adore lilies.
