Mr. Bac shares that his family's 5x20m plot is set for a three-storey townhouse in a classical style, expressing a preference for the quaint charm of French-style homes. The plan includes 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and an expanded parking area in front, inspired by medieval French aesthetics rather than modern designs. Vanilla is the color of choice, with a special request for extra parking space due to owning a car.

Responding to Mr. Bac's specifications for his 5x20m, three-storey home, our design presents a Thai-roofed townhouse blending classic charm with contemporary architecture. The entrance features a bronze gate with simple patterns, while the Thai-style roof meets the homeowner's tastes. This design emerges as a distinct and beautiful three-storey residence.

The dining kitchen is conveniently located next to the living area for family gatherings over daily meals. The rear features a yard and a common bathroom, with a distinctive water wall at the back, highlighting this 3-storey, 100m2, 5x20 home design.
