Today, ST Decor is proud to present a beautiful 100m2, 5x20, three-storey home design for Mr. Bac's family in the city, inspired by traditional French three-storey architecture on a 100m2 plot.

Mr. Bac shares that his family's 5x20m plot is set for a three-storey townhouse in a classical style, expressing a preference for the quaint charm of French-style homes. The plan includes 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, and an expanded parking area in front, inspired by medieval French aesthetics rather than modern designs. Vanilla is the color of choice, with a special request for extra parking space due to owning a car.

Responding to Mr. Bac's specifications for his 5x20m, three-storey home, our design presents a Thai-roofed townhouse blending classic charm with contemporary architecture. The entrance features a bronze gate with simple patterns, while the Thai-style roof meets the homeowner's tastes. This design emerges as a distinct and beautiful three-storey residence.

The entrance leads to a car parking area as requested by Mr. Bac. Following this is a spacious living room with full amenities and a mini-landscape next to the bar counter, adding elegance upon entry. The dining kitchen is conveniently located next to the living area for family gatherings over daily meals. The rear features a yard and a common bathroom, with a distinctive water wall at the back, highlighting this 3-storey, 100m2, 5x20 home design.

The mezzanine floor in the 3-storey, 100m2, 5x20 house design serves as a communal space for family leisure and relaxation, featuring a right-side piano room with superior sound insulation. This level includes a shared bathroom.
First Floor Layout for the 5x20m, 3-Storey House with Thai Roof
The first floor of the 5x20m, 3-storey house with a Thai roof features a front balcony for enjoying cool breezes on autumn nights. The master bedroom, designed for Mr. Bac and his spouse, includes an en-suite bathroom for convenience. Additionally, there's a bedroom at the back with its own private bathroom.
Second Floor Blueprint for the Classic 100m2, 5x20, 3-Storey House Design
The second-floor layout mirrors the first floor's functional design, with the exception that Mr. Bac's master bedroom is replaced by a standard bedroom, still fully equipped with an en-suite bathroom.

Ascending the stairs, to the left is the ancestor worship room, and to the right, the laundry area. The front of the house boasts a green-planted terrace for a refreshing, open space, while the back offers a dedicated drying area for laundry.
