The T1 stars are currently in a rather unstable state.
As we know, with less than half a month left, the LCK Spring 2024 will officially kick off, promising new things and exciting matches ahead. Currently, the players of various teams have begun training on the new version that Riot is applying to the server dedicated to training players. However, while the entire League of Legends community is looking forward to the new season, T1 is causing more worry than excitement about their health situation.

As mentioned a while ago, Faker shared about suffering from food poisoning. This time, it was so severe that he had a high fever and felt even worse than when he had the flu. The cause was said to be Faker eating shellfish and getting poisoned from it. But one thing Faker forgot to mention is that he had this dish with other T1 members, and of course, there were cases of others being affected similarly to Faker. And recently, Gumayusi spoke out about his own case.

According to a recent post, Gumayusi also revealed being poisoned by shellfish just like his close senior. According to some T1 fans' investigation, besides Gumayusi and Faker, Oner also suffered from food poisoning with symptoms similar to the two teammates. Thus, in the early days of the new year, over half of T1's main lineup experienced a life-threatening situation.

Upon Gumayusi's announcement, T1 fans appeared quite worried as the serious condition affected the players of T1. Notably, the timing of the players' outbreaks is not the same, and only two names are still 'escaping,' namely Keria and Zeus. But over half of the lineup being poisoned is a cause for concern. Especially when the LCK Spring 2024 is approaching, and this will undoubtedly affect the players' training. Not to mention, according to the schedule revealed, T1's opening match is against a very strong opponent, Gen.G - the reigning LCK champion.

Certainly, with Faker back to streaming normally, the T1 players might still be in their best condition preparing for the upcoming matches. However, it's evident that the mass food poisoning incident is also of great concern, and perhaps many are feeling fortunate that T1 encountered this before the season started. Otherwise, things could have been much worse.
