- Participants: Middle and high school students and teachers.
+ THCS: Students and teachers from all 63 provinces/cities nationwide.
+ THPT: 10th and 11th grade students and teachers from 63 provinces/cities.
Participation in the competition is voluntary, not compulsory.
- Requirements for the number of entries:
+ Students: 50 entries for secondary level, 30 entries for high school level;
+ Teachers: 20 entries for secondary level, 20 entries for high school level;
Each local education department launches the competition, selects entries to meet the required quantity, and submits them to the organizing committee.
