Step 1: Open Notepad, you can open notepad on your computer from the Start Menu or from the C drive in the system.
Step 2: In the Notepad window, paste the code snippet below into Notepad to command the computer to speak, thus determining whether the computer's gender is male or female

Where hello world is the dialogue that the computer can speak; you can replace this phrase with others (in English)
Step 3: Then press Ctrl + S to save the file. Save this file with the extension *.vbs by selecting the save folder, then in the Save as type section, choose All Files and the File name should have the vbs extension (for example: Mytour.vbs). Then press Save to save the file.
Step 4: Open the folder where the vbs file is saved, at this point, turn on the speaker or put on headphones and double-click the file to check what voice your computer speaks.
