Step 1: Press the Windows + R key combination, then enter the path C:\Windows\System32 and click OK.

Step 2: Type msspell into the search box.

Step 3: Display 4 results. Right-click on one of the 4 search results → Properties.

Step 4: Select the Security tab → Advanced.

Step 5: Select Change.

Step 6: Click the Advanced button.

Step 7: Click Find Now. Wait for the user name search process to complete.

Step 8: Once the search is finished, choose the user name from the Search Result box → OK.

Step 9: Click OK.

Step 10: Select Edit.

Step 11: Choose the Administrator user → Full Control.

Step 12: Choose the User user → Full Control → OK.

Step 13: Select Yes in the next popup window.

Step 14: You continue to perform the same process for the remaining 3 files. Then restart your computer.
