Method 1: Use shortcut key combination
You can use the function keys labeled on your laptop (Usually Fn + F7), you can also refer to the accompanying documentation.
Or you can find the touchpad icon in the system tray (Image below), then double-click or right-click and select Pointing Device Properties.
In the function window, you select the Touchpad tab. In the Device Info section, you click the Disable button. Finally, click OK to save the settings.
Tips: You can check the Disable internal pointing device.. to automatically disable the touchpad when using a USB mouse on a laptop.
Method 2: Disable from Window Settings
Step 1: you press the Window key to open the Start menu, then you enter the keyword 'Touchpad Settings'.
Step 2: The system will provide suggested results, here you select Open.
Step 3: In the Settings window, drag the slider to the left under the Touchpad section to turn off this function.
Method 3: Uninstall Driver
Step 1: Right-click on Computer-->Manage
Step 2: Select Device Manager
Step 3: In the 'Mice and other pointing devices' section, right-click on the touchpad and select 'Disable' and that's how the touchpad is completely removed from your laptop.
