How to turn off window shadowing in Windows 7
Step 1: Navigate to Start / Control Panel and type visual effects into the Search box at the top right corner of the screen
A window of search results will appear, select
Choose 'Adjust the appearance and performance of windows” under System
Step 2: A window will appear, Under the Visual effects tab, uncheck Show shadows under windows, that's it
