Disabling CPU Rendering on Zenfone Devices

2. Root Explorer (or: Es File Explorer)

Step 1 : Launch Root Explorer and navigate to /system/lib/egl

Step 2 : Copy the egl.cfg file to the external SD card if desired

Step 3 : Edit the egl.cfg file

Step 4 : Delete the line '0 0 android

Step 5 : Proceed to Save and Exit

Step 6 : Delete the libGLES_android.so file

Step 7 : Restart your phone
